Google goes to hell - in search of geothermal energy

Google.org, the philanthropic arm of internet giant Google, is investing in geothermal energy, according to Forbes magazine. 

Google.org has invested $10 million in US geothermal and drilling companies in an effort to bring about renewable energy that is cheaper than coal. The Forbes article states that geothermal energy "powers...electricity generators around the world, from Iceland to Indonesia."
